- Institucional fortification.
- To promote the normalization of the national alpaquera activity.
- To count on statistics and reliable information for the decision making.
- Of Medium Term
- To arrange with the sector public and deprived the formulation and implementation of a National Strategic Plan of development of the Productive Chain of the Alpaca, of integral character, of: short, medium and long term, that allows to articulate policies, programs and financings.
- To count on a legislation adhoc, for the protection and promotion of the Alpaca and the Camelidaes in Peru.
- To promote the modernization of the commercialization of the fiber of alpaca through a national system of closing and storing centers.
- To encourage the enterprise handling of the cattle ranch of alpacas.
- To encourage the investment deprived in the Mountain range and individual, the alpaquera activity.
- To improve the scale of production of alpacas to improve the genetic quality of the same ones (enterprise groups or partnerships of producers).
- To promote the genetic improvement for the animal obtaining of high quality.
- To develop a determined financial support for the promotion of our cattle ranch of alpacas.
- To develop in the Andean high zone, a culture of quality in the alpaquera activity. To speak of Alpaca, is to speak of quality.
- Of Long Term
- To develop an intensive and permanent program of cattle extension in: infrastructure commercialization, handling of cattle handling of alpacas, irrigation infrastructure handling, enterprise management, among other aspects of interest.
- To implement a policy and national plan for the intensive and selective promotion of our emblematic product: ALPACA OF PERU.
- To promote, to control and to prevent Marca Alpaca of Peru and its adapted use in order to avoid its adulteration.
- To implement an integral solution directed to micro criador of camelidaes through the creation of Enterprise Complexes Alpaqueros Multiservicio (Alpaqueros Inns).
- To develop competitive crafts that gather the legacy of the rich pre-Columbian textile tradition.
- To develop in planned and technical form, complementary activities like: ecoturismo, acuicultura, nonmetallic mining, among others, that allow to improve the income and the quality of life of the Andean high producer.
